I contacted T and T for the purpose of fixing the front and side entrance of our neighborhood that had lighting issues. I initially spoke with Kathy who set everything up from the beginning. I was set up to meet Jaret who gave me the quote and would be in charge of the work. From the very beginning both Kathy and Jaret were professional and consistent with communication until the job was completed. They did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them for any electrical needs you have.

I am so glad I decided to purchase my Generac generator from T&T. Tyler made my purchasing experience stress-free. He was very knowledgeable and most of all very patient when explaining technical information about the generator. I really appreciated that. The installers were personable and installation went without a hitch. Lastly, Kathy was the most efficient and hard-working office manager and made sure the financial part of my purchase was seamless. I purchased an extended warranty but saw a Generac commercial where you could get a seven-year extended warranty at no additional cost. Kathy worked doggedly to ensure I was refunded for the warranty I originally purchased and received the seven-year warranty. Thank you Tyler and Kathy for a job well done! A very pleased customer!!!

I was having problems setting up my Wifi on my generator that was installed by another company which did a fabulous job. I called T&T and Tyler came out within 30 minutes in which he said I’m pretty close to your house. Within a very short time he had me programmed and up and running, He has also made me a customer for life, and if you ever need anything pertaining to a Generator or electrical needs I highly recommend them. T&T installed a Generac generator on my property and I couldn't be more pleased! This was a difficult installation due to the age of and number of panels, located in a greenhouse shed. A lot of planning went into my project. Tyler and crew, met with me several times before they began, making sure everything was anticipated. This was a several day installation and the first day they worked 18 hours straight to modernize my service and get it ready for the generator transfer. His crew was very professional and extremely friendly. It was a delight having them on site. Once the work was done, everything was cleaned up and it was exciting to hear the Generac humming. Not hoping for an outage, but prepared!

Generac standby generator install was performed flawlessly with minimal disruption to electric service during the install. These guys are professional, courteous and most important, know what they're doing. They are now my goto electrician and I highly recommend them.
